Abstract:
This report is prepared based on my three-month practical experience at Al-Muslim Group. Al Muslim Group is a well-known name in readymade garment industry both in Asia and Europe for its massive production capacity, updated technologies, and expert team members and of course sincerity to ensure customer satisfaction and an organization with 20,000 employees who are their main asset. Al-Muslim Group has many product, divisions and departments but I give more concern on the customer Satisfaction and human resource division. Moreover, from the all the garments, Al Muslim Group has renowned for better and large number of Employee. I am lucky that I got the
opportunity to work in that organization. This report is based on the daily activities by which Al Muslim Group maintain huge number of customer/buyer Satisfaction. How their strong and effective service procedure increase buyer satisfaction and employee motivation. The purpose of making this report is to know the activities of Al-Muslim Group. In this report I have found some
problems like shortage of space resource limitations and based on these problems I have
recommended some suggestions. The Al-Muslim Group needs to relocate its assets, human resource and other resource and policy to achieve their highest level of buyer’s satisfaction.
