Abstract:
This report is prepared as requirement of the internship of MBA program Bangladesh University of Business & Technology University (BUBT). The report focuses on the duties and responsibilities performed during the working period, knowledge gathered during the working period, and most challenging task performed. The report is mainly based on primary data. A general overview of Alliance Printing & Packaging Ltd has been focused on this report. Alliance
Printing & Packaging Ltd was established in 2015 with an aim to provide greater Printing &
Packaging service and to become one of the best printing advisors in the country. The vision of the company is to be one of the most trusted IT advisors in the country and be recognized as one of the top service providers to the clients. In overview I have focused on Alliance Printing & Packaging Ltd brief history, mission, vision, values, projects and activities elaborately then I have discussed about the plan of my internship program. After that I have discussed about my
duties and responsibilities, learned experience, observed attitudes of the officials and challenging task I performed during my working period. Then I have identified some of the problems of the company such as fewer amounts of capital and high operational cost. The companies are a startup firm and have few investors and due to this reason, the amount of the capital is not sufficient enough as it should have been and including that, the daily operational costs of the company is not also in control. The company should be more focused on attracting more investors for them and once there are more investors for the company, the company will have more capitals. And also, the company should take some effective actions to reduce their daily operational costs.
