Abstract:
The report is originated in result of internship program which I have done as a requirement of MBA program. The report is completed based on my Job in Simtex Industries Ltd. This is an orientation report that contains the real life day to day working experience of different tasks of Simtex Industries Ltd. In this report, I arrange all the parts sequence. In introduction part I discuss about the organizations history of Bangladesh and present performance. In overview I focus on history, specially, competitor’s activities and summary of all departments elaborately. Then I discuss about the plan of job. Simtex is the largest sewing thread company in Bangladesh. The study found few problems Simtex Industries Ltd. These are working environment is painful for work smoothly, time duration is long, maintain huge documents, huge gap between HR & others department, sometimes customers behave like an uneducated, use rood language & slang and committed a date with customer but our production department failed the date. Some suggestions are Simtex Industries Ltd should take proper action for providing transport facility, Simtex Industries Ltd should provide priority to the worker more & ensure good working environment, need to make appropriate leave policy and provides more training about product & working process, Production department need to feel our query properly & must focus on
urgency properly so that we meet our commitment to the customer, higher management must need to do some agreement with customer about behaviors & ethic so that customer can’t shout with us with slang and provide some urgent support from management anytime anywhere. Support is like, Urgent goods delivery support, and urgent moving transport support.
