Abstract:
The introduction of digital technology has changed the way that records are kept, and this has
resulted in the creation of Online General Diaries (GD). This abstract offer a thorough analysis
of GD, looking at its importance, features, and effects on user experiences. GD provides
flexible platforms that make it easy for people and organizations to store, manage, and access
information. This investigation explores the salient characteristics of GD, highlighting its
contribution to improving security, accessibility, and cooperation. The abstract also covers the
possible drawbacks of GD implementation, such as data integrity problems and privacy
concerns. Online General Diaries have become a digital substitute for traditional paper diaries,
providing convenience, improved security, and organizational capabilities. Despite the ongoing
issues of the digital divide, privacy concerns, and technological literacy, the future prospects
of Open Government Data (OGDs) in Bangladesh are highly promising. With the increasing
availability of internet access and the improvement of digital literacy, Open Government
Datasets (OGDs) have the capacity to significantly contribute to the promotion of emotional
well-being and the development of a supportive online diary community. Collaboration among
stakeholders, such as government entities, NGOs, and technology providers, is crucial in
closing gaps and encouraging the use of Open Government Data (OGD) among the people of
Bangladesh. In the end, this analysis uses Online General Diaries as a lens through which to
examine how the field of digital record-keeping is changing
