Abstract:
The research aims to explore the actual phenomena of massive pollution threat for Bangladesh: causes and solutions to ensure potential mitigation strategies. The country's rapid industrialization and urbanization have significantly intensified various forms of pollution is a robust example to accelerate this research profoundly.
Based on descriptive and critical analysis, this paper is derived from other news, articles, and books, including the concepts of pollution of water, air and soil in Bangladesh and the effect of such pollution in the environment, health, economy, and state policy. The paper also shows the in-depth study of the pollution in Bangladesh and the reasons behind this. It mainly analyzes the root cause and the urbanization lack of implementation mechanism of national & international law, which increases various kinds of pollution. This study incorporates some fundamental problems and suggests different imperative recommendations to develop the functions related to the environmental matter and environmental law more conveniently and substantially in terms of pollution in Bangladesh
