Abstract:
Advances in speed and adaptability have made robotic system automation a reality. The importance of robots and automation in the fourth industrial revolution cannot be overstated. Moving anything has always required some kind of external force, most often the exertion of human energy. Our idea has the potential to allow users to move tangible things across long distances just by moving their hands. Increasing the scale magnifies a little amount of motion. This approach has the potential to improve the quality of life and reduce physical costs in both the private and commercial sectors. The vast majority of robots are operated either by a wireless connection (through remote control or a mobile phone, for example) or a direct connection (via wires). During the course of this study, we devised a robot that could be controlled by the hand movements of people, and an accelerometer was utilized to move the robot in response to the movements of the human hand. With the help of Arduino and an NRF24L01 module, our plan is to create a robot that can be controlled by hand gestures. Using the NRF24L01 transceiver module, we transmit and receive the data for the control robot using hand gestures. We made use of an accelerometer (ADXL335) sensor so that we could control the movement of the robot using hand gestures along the x, y, and z axes. Using the information received from ultrasonic sensors, our robot is able to navigate around obstacles while moving in the x, y, and z directions.
