But unfortunately, the labor courts are lacking on solving the disputes in time. This happens for lack of number of judges, absence of proper judgment, maintenance of the files and so on. Through this study, a secondary analysis of the topic has been conducted. By the study, the problems and drawbacks of the labor courts is shown. To improve these problems, the Government should recruit more judges to the labor courts, the judges should give proper attention to resolve the case, give proper judgment and should resolve the pending cases as soon as possible. en_US
