Internship Report CT Impex International

Abstract

The report focuses on the duties and responsibilities performed during internship period, knowledge gathered during internship period, and most challenging task performed. The report is mainly based on secondary data. I try to collect data from both their website and also other sources. An overview of CT Impex International and its competitors has been focused on the report. Different types of fabrics and clothing material and offered by CT Impex International are also shown in the report. The report describes the knowledge I have learned during internship period such as documentation, Accounts, customer handing, and HR functions. Customers face difficulties when they want to collect bill payments because of the strict and inflexible rules of the company. Customers become very disappointed because they do not get their payments as per their schedule time that is mentioned in customer PO. Another problem of the company is that service providing time is very lengthy. Most of the time they try to provide quality services to the known person, it may lose other customer. All of the employee should train up from the company about their system and software. Every rule should be made easy and simple. Company should deliver service on the scheduled time to customer dissatisfactions. Our service issue should be more improved and service time should be shortened. Also, must be needed to follow chain of command.
