Child Labour In Garments Sector : An Analysis Under Existing Laws Of Bangladesh

Abstract

This study’s objective was to investigate how can we eliminate child labour in garments sector and to show the present situation and what kind of changes should be made to change this big issue.we shall also noticed the historical overview of child labour In garments sectors where we can say that if we don’t change our system the issue will never gonna solve. We have to ensure free education and health safety of the poor families. We also have to strengthen legal enforcement and awareness campaigns need to be made to reduce it permanently from our Country. Punishment should be increased for those garments which are allowing labor’s who are known as child under the existing laws.
