Reformation in Criminal Justice System of Bangladesh

Abstract

In a country where justice is often delayed, denied, or distorted, the need for a reformed criminal justice system in Bangladesh has never been more pressing. This ground breaking research embarks on a comprehensive journey to expose the deep-seated challenges, inefficiencies, and corruption that plague the system, and to chart a new course for a more just, equitable, and humane society.
