dc.description.abstract This Article analysis the Role of Supreme Court as the Guardian of Constitution in Bangladesh. It begins by examining the constitutional provisions, various roles played by the Supreme Court as the guardian of constitution and challenges to those roles of Supreme Court. The Article also explores the judiciary's constitutional mandate, focusing on its power of judicial review to declare laws inconsistent with the Constitution as void. Through critical analysis, it examines landmark judgments that have strengthened the democratic framework and addressed the challenges posed by political influence and judicial activism. The Article also analysis the Supreme Court's evolving role in safeguarding constitutional principles while addressing limitations that hinder its effectiveness. Finally, the Article concludes by reflecting the Court's vital contribution to Bangladesh's democratic and constitutional integrity. en_US
