Introducing Cyber Security Law in Bangladesh: Possibilities and Implementation

Abstract

This article analyzes the Cyber Security law and its implementations and possibilities. It begins by introducing Cyber Security, nature aspect of cyber security, development of cyber security and origin of cyber-Security, theoretical study on cyber security and laws. This article also explores Cyber Security Act 2023 though analysis besides Bangladesh legal systems regard to Cybercrime, changes bought under new Cyber Security act 2023, difference between existing laws and cyber security act 2023 also assessment of the cyber security act .This article also explores challenges in implementation and possibilities on the Cyber Security Law, necessary steps to enhance cyber Security and finding problems and recommendation to overcome the challenges and possibilities to implement cyber security Law .
