dc.description.abstract This Research Monograph analyzed the present situation of Indigenous People’s rights in Bangladesh. It begins by examining the current situation of constitutional provision that stablish the rights of indigenous people. This research then delves into the different types of rights based on Bangladesh Constitution and other laws. This research also explores the definition of the indigenous people, indigenous rights, impediments to insure the rights of indigenous peoples, opportunities for stablishing their rights and statistics of indigenous peoples in Bangladesh. This research also look after on the problem to ensure the rights of indigenous peoples who are living in hill tract, Absence of proper guideline to ensure their rights. Finally, this research paper concludes by realizing importance of fundamental rights and how it will be implemented on indigenous peoples. en_US
