Studying psychological concepts like coercion, suggestibility, false memory, and the influence of mental health is necessary to comprehend the complexities of how people confess to crimes.Thepaper explores the psychological strategies used in police interrogations, emphasizing the possibility of coercion and the impact of authority figures on the confession process. It talks on how some interrogation methods can cause people to make up confessions, emphasizing how vulnerable people are when they're stressed, tired, or under psychological pressure.Conclusively, it is imperative for legal practitioners, politicians, and psychologists to possess a thorough comprehension of the psychological elements present in confessions. An impartial administration of justice and the defense of individual rights within the judicial system can be achieved by acknowledging and reducing the effects of coercion on the confession process. en_US
