The concept of A. V. Dicey’s rule of law is a beneficial universal characteristic that may be
found all around the world, including in Bangladesh. This is a fresh addition that includes the
fact that it is widely utilized in our country. There is, thankfully, a statute that protects the rules
and regulations that have been established. Without a rule of law, it might result in a significant
loss of human life. Since its inception, Bangladesh has engaged in a variety of legal battles, the
most notable of which has been the implementation of preventive law. It is a constitutional law,
human rights, basic rights, and religious practices that are on equal footing with the rules of
procedure for both the criminal and civil courts. With the intention of safeguarding the nation
in conformity with international and constitutional law, the rule of law is a vital component.
This piece of legislation is the first of its kind to outlaw the rule of law while also offering
protections. This legislation has, fortunately, been successful in accomplishing its fundamental
objectives, despite the fact that there are certain limitations on its implementation and
enforcement. In this research, an attempt has been made to identify the obstacles that are
preventing the Acts from being implemented in an effective manner. This action was taken in
order to finish the surrounding the Acts. It is unreasonable to anticipate that the standard justice
delivery system would be able to fulfill the requirements of social, national, international,
constitutional, and legal rights of human life and basic policy. Inspiring by, A. V. Dicey three
concepts it has fully contributes in the state policy of Bangladesh and other countries.
In recent years, rule of law has been some positive developments in Bangladesh’s policing,
including the establishment of specialized unit to investigate human rights oh Bangladesh
constitution. However, much more needs to be done to ensure effective policing and respect
for human rights in Bangladesh.
To try to examine the seriousness of illegality of governance offence and develop some
appropriate and effective legal, social and economic solutions to those highlighted legal
difficulties.
In conclusion, effective policing is crucial to ensuring human rights in Bangladesh. The rule of
law must prioritize human rights and adhere international human rights standards to prevent
human rights according to constitution with A. V. Dicey’s. |
