This paper discuss about the "Role of law Commission of Bangladesh to reform existing laws
of Bangladesh: A study". Bangladesh, having emerged as a young nation in 1971, inherited a
complex legal system with colonial and religious influences. The Law Commission,
established in 1996, was entrusted with the crucial task of reforming this system, ensuring its
alignment with the evolving socio-economic realities and fundamental rights principles. This
research monograph delves into the role of the Law Commission in Bangladesh's legal reform
landscape, analyzing its impact on various facets of the existing legal framework.
