This article analyzes the laws, case laws and principles governing Protection of Law, Right
Life & Personal Liberty in Bangladesh. This study delves into the constitutional framework
and evolving jurisprudence surrounding the protection of law, life, and personal liberty in
Bangladesh. With a focus on the constitutional provisions and their practical implications, the
research explores the intricate interplay between legal safeguards and the dynamic landscape
of individual rights.
The study systematically analyzes key constitutional provisions, and gives a clear picture about
the concept about the protection of law, right to life, and personal liberty in Bangladesh.
The article scrutinizes landmark case laws that have shaped the jurisprudential landscape
concerning the protection of law, life, and personal liberty. By identifying and dissecting pivotal
judgments, the study aims to distill principles that have emerged through judicial interpretation,
establishing precedents that guide legal practitioners, scholars, and policymakers and further
researcher to deeply understand this topic.
The article further analyzes and identified the actual problems that obstruct the proper exercise
of this protection of law, right to life and personal liberty.
Finally, this article concludes by reflecting on some important key points which are required to
ensure proper exercise of protection of law, right to life and personal liberty in Bangladesh. |
