Changeover time reduction is a vital issue in the industries and lot of tools has been used for this purpose. In this research work the main aim is to prepare a sustainable format for the purpose of reducing changeover time through cloud computing system. To execute the research PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology has been implemented. A huge amount of data related to product specification and production process will be collected to prepare the sustainable format of changeover board. A format is created that generates automated emails, that greatly enhance the result of the output. It greatly reduces manufacturing time and enhances worker initiative, which improves labor efficiency and elevates production rate. Before the preparation and after the implementation of changeover board collaboration will be done with the factory personnel. The required amendments will be done after the collaboration with the factory personnel. Finally, the corrected version of changeover board will manage to reduce changeover time at a great extent and increase the productive time in the industry. |
