dc.description.abstract The juvenile justice system has been evolving all across the world. The modifications are, in terms of both nature and feature, revolutionary. The main goal of juvenile justice is to safeguard kids against repeat offenses, assure their rehabilitation, and facilitate a seamless transition back into society. Additionally, in order to raise the youth as deserving citizens of the nation, a thorough juvenile justice development program is essential. Instead, because they are the country's future leaders, it is important to shield them from shame and stop delinquency. Constitution of People’s Republic of Bangladesh also insure there fundamental rights. Although the Children Act, 2013 is the main law in Bangladesh, it does not offer a solid foundation for creating a child-centered, rights-based juvenile justice system. The juvenile justice system in Bangladesh encompasses not only the treatment of children when they come into conflict with the law but also the causes of the offending behaviors and the steps to prevent them. On the other hand regular criminal justice system is follow by the Penal Code, 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, Evidence Act, 1872 and so on. en_US
