Fundamental Rights of Children and Rights of Juveniles: A Study

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Research Monograph analyzed the present situation of fundamental rights of children and rights of juveniles. It begins by examining the constitutional provisions that stablish the rights of children and juveniles. This research then delves into the different types of rights based on Bangladesh Constitution. This research also explores the definition of the child, definition of juvenile, definition of fundamental rights and the protection of fundamental rights according to the constitution. It also discuss the phases of a child and juveniles. Difference between children and juvenile also included in this research paper. This research also look after on the problem to ensure the fundamental rights to the children and juveniles. Absence of proper guideline to ensure the fundamental rights of children and absence of proper guideline to ensure the fundamental rights of juvenile. Finally, this research paper concludes by realizing importance of fundamental rights and how it will be implemented on every children and juveniles.
