dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT This legal analysis examines the rights of accused individuals in Bangladesh regarding arrest, remand, and bail, and the potential for human rights violations within these processes. The paper explores the legal framework governing these procedures and highlights the gaps and challenges that exist in implementing them effectively. This paper focuses on the rights of the accused in relation to arrest, remand, and bail. It examines the legal framework governing these procedures and highlights the potential for human rights violations within them. The paper concludes with recommendations to address the scope of human rights violations in the context of arrest, remand, and bail in Bangladesh. It suggests the need for stronger legal protections for the accused, including the provision of legal aid and the training of law enforcement officials and the judiciary on human rights. It also calls for stronger oversight and monitoring mechanisms to prevent human rights violations and ensure accountability for those responsible. en_US
