Internship Report TRUST BANK LIMITED Afsana Ayrin The completion of my 12 weeks’ internship was done successfully at Trust Bank Limited, Mirpur DOHS branch from 3rd October 2021 to 2nd January 2022 which is a must requirement of the MBA program of Bangladesh University of Business & Technology. I gathered some practical knowledge that is relatable to the lessons we learned from our textbooks. Besides the practical learning of work, this experience has shaped me in a way that I can easily enter the real-life job market without any fear. The report contains different sections. The report starts with a broad overview of the company, its business size, product and services, departments, and business competitors. After that, I included my assignments given during my internship period and my contribution to the bank. A banking job might seem an easy task but it is quite hectic in real. Some tasks were easy for me and for some work I faced difficulties. I believe I did my job with sincerity. I reported my learning and lessons from my internship experience. The experience was good nevertheless I faced some problems coping up with them. During my internship at trust bank, I faced some difficulties and I explained them in this report. This internship experience has had a lot of impact on my career plans. As the internship is the first and short period experience about the real-life working experience it somehow adds a huge value to our life. Banking is a challenging and critical job. It requires mental stability, stable synchronization of work, and a lot more awareness as well as dedication towards work like any other job. It is not the bookish thing we learn in our student life. One should go the extra mile in a banking job and give a proper think before pursuing a job in the banking sector.

It is an 'extended supply chain company', offering exclusive services of contract manufacturing, nationwide Logistics and warehousing to retail distribution network for GlaxoSmithKline, Consumer Division, Bangladesh. I have completed my internship program from Mutual Food Products Limited. I have experienced a very friendly and supporting environment in the office which gave me pleasure and satisfaction. I worked in various departments but mostly in Human Resource Department of Mutual Food Products Limited through my internship. I have learned recruitment & selection process, training & development process. There are several academic courses at the university which I found related with the knowledge I gained through my internship such as Introduction to Business, Managerial Communication, and Human Resource Management etc. During my internship in this organization, I’ve gained different skills like work ethics, adaptability skill, Communication skill, responsibility, time management skill etc. In this short period of time, I realized that in Mutual Food Products Limited there are some operational and strategic problems in their operation and I tried to figure it out the impacts and how can those problems be minimized and solved. It was a great experience in Mutual Food Products Limited as an intern and all those experiences, skills and knowledge I gained during this internship brought out my strength and also the area I needed to make up.

The sample size is 16 employees. The banking system plays a vital role in underpinning the economic development of a country. In the backdrop of Financial Sector Reform Policy streamlining the country’s economy, NCC Bank Ltd. Has achieved great success in all areas of operations with ultimate objective of improving the social0economic development of the country. NCC Bank Limited is one of the largest Privet sectors Bank in Bangladesh with years of experience. Adaptations of modern technology both in terms of equipment of banking practice ensure efficient service to clients. Human Resource Department is playing one of the most outstanding roles in NCC Bank Ltd. Man is the ultimate resource of the organization because they think; speak, so that utilization of this resource is very critical. Every success of origination is depending on efficient and effective manpower. It is true that the human resource management practice of NCC Bank Ltd. Are strong enough to meet objective of the company.
