Internship Report Keya Group (Keya Knit Composite Division) Hasan, Md. Nahid Keya Knit Corporation Division is operating under Garments industry of Bangladesh. The readymade garments industry acts as a catalyst for the development of Bangladesh. The "Made in Bangladesh" tag has also brought glory for the country, making it a prestigious brand across the globe. Bangladesh, which was once termed by cynics a "bottomless basket" has now become a "basket full of wonders." The country with its limited resources has been maintaining 6% annual average GDP growth rate and has brought about remarkable social and human development. I have completed my internship program from Keya Knit Composite Division. I have experienced a very friendly and supporting environment in the office which gave me pleasure and satisfaction. I worked in various departments but mostly in Human Resource Department of Keya Group through my internship. I have learned recruitment & selection process, training & development process. There are several academic courses at the university which I found related with the knowledge I gained through my internship such as Introduction to Business, Managerial Communication, and Human Resource Management etc. During my internship in this organization, I’ve gained different skills like work ethics, adaptability skill, Communication skill, responsibility, time management skill etc. In this short period of time, I realized that in Keya Group there are some operational and strategic problems in their operation and I tried to figure it out the impacts and how can those problems be minimized and solved. It was a great experience in Keya Group as an intern and all those experiences, skills and knowledge I gained during this internship brought out my strength and also the area I needed to make up.
